Hello all, I am trying to grow some fruit and veg for the first time this year and it's going reasonably well. However, I bought some patio fruit trees and they were mostly in bloosom when we had a late frost and so no fruit apart from one apple which blossomed a bit later. The pear tree did not come in to blossom at all, but today I notice one small bunch of blossom. My question is should I remove this blossom, as I am guessing its too late for anything to come of it now, or should I just leave it on anyway.

    Welcome to the forum Sip.
Everybody has their own ideas, I think you are too late to get pears this year but If you have flowers I would just leave them and enjoy them. I don't think it will harm the tree.
Pears are usually a long term project, hence the phrase, plant pears for your heirs.
I hope you get pears sooner than that.
