Due to the adverse weather we have been having at the moment, now that a lot of the snow has thawed would you plant the peas in the garden now or wait a while ? It's just my peas are coming on a bit now and could do with been transplanting well 1 especially!

I'd wait a bit if you can. Peas aren't exactly wimps, but its been freakily cold for the time of year, and I don't think they'll like it if you put them out just yet.

You will need to harden them off before transplanting outside for 10 to 14 days. This involves moving them outdoors during the day then bringing them in at night, it gets them gently accustomed to the cooler conditions.

Would I be able to transplant them to bigger pots before transplanting them outdoors, without disturbing them ?

Yes, transplanting peas is no problem, you might need to put some canes in there to start getting them to climb, they do grow quick indoors!

Yeah one of my 18 peas plants is growing very well at the moment, but I have noticed a few of them are s scrawny and were planted on the same day what could that be, because I sowed some the week after and there thicker and look more stronger I'll take a pic and post it up

They look fine, that bigger one is probably getting a bit more light, you could rotate the trays around every other day to even them up. They don't need repotting yet and they are a bit small to be outside right now.

When you plant them outdoors watch out for pigeons, they love those tender little pea shoots.

The compost is looking a tad dry to me, but apart from that they all look fine. No cause for alarm yet.
