Peas - leaves have white spots on them

My pea seedlings are now maybe 4 inches high, but have whiteish spots on the leaves.

Anyone know why this is?

If they were sweetpeas then it could be powdery mildew. Mine first lot are 3 inches high and I put the netting up today. Leave them and see what happens with a bit of luck it will right itself. Not a easy one.
