    I love peas and they have a way with them here which is slightly different.

    Boil frozen peas with a touch of salt, some sugar, chopped onions and coriander .... excellent ... :thmb:

    When i lived in Glasgow ( Many Many years ago) we would go to Eating Places where they served ,
    Mushy Peas in a big plate ,and the only thing we added was Vinegar:) and they were Excellent :D.

    :hehe: Oh, c'mon Ziggy, you can substitute Parsley for Coriander ....

    If anyone likes broad beans (lima beans as I call them) there is the most fantastic Portuguese recipe for them ... cooked in white wine.

    No Victória, it has to be coriander...

    I just really don't like her anymore.

    Don't like broad beans but I love butter beans.:thmb:
