    Hello,

Apologies if wrong sub forum to post in firstly, wasn't sure where to place this.

I bought a peony from a garden centre few weeks ago and repotted it in a large pot.

Since then some parts of the plant have wilted and look damaged. As other parts look healthy not sure if it is rot or just got damaged during re-potting process.

See pictures, should I cut that one main stem back to the base do you think?

I appreciate they do better in the ground than potted but for now pot seems large enough...

    Thanks

The rest of the plant looks healthy enough so I would just remove the damaged/wilted shoot.
