Peony help - Bowl of Beauty

Hi everyone

I have a Bowl of Beauty Peony, had it for some time now.

Now, instead of huge flower heads it is producing
much smaller flower heads and leggy growth

Any ideas as to what's wrong?

Just to add it isn't actually in flower yet but i can tell by how it looks at the moment that it will be like last year.

Posibly hungry. Try giving it a good feed of Miracelgrow now and perhaps a sprinkling of Rose fertiliser next year just as the first buds come through the soil.

I will get some today, thought it may benefit from dividing but apparantly they don't like to be moved?
