pepper plant pests

Hi guys,

I'm new to growing and i've just found some pests crawling about on my peppers and there starting to wilt :(

looked at them closely and they look like some sort of aphids tho not sure which type, can anyone help me get rid of them please?? and also if i can get rid of them will the plants get better or will they die off?

looks like greenfly.
Give them a spray of insecticide which is OK for use on edible plants.
