    hi how big a pot do i need for peppers do they need to be as big as a tomato pot.

    mine are in a 10 litre pot im growing the large ones (big bananna) and the smaller ones but i have put them all in the same size pots

    how many litres is a tomato pot ?

    someone will advise you more but thought i would just let you know what mine are in

    incase it helps any

    How big is a ten litre pot for god sake.

    I'm still on inches.

    Europe are on litres, the yanks are on gallons, and I'm on good old inches.

    We need a conversion chart.

    i`ve always wondered how you can calculate solids in litres as surely that is a liquid measurement :confused:

    hi peppers doing well i keep reading remove the growing point when so high,but my peppers have several stems so what is the growing point and should this be done.

    The growing point is the furthermost tip of a stem, there may be two or more if the plant has branched. Too many peppers on one plant might cause stunting of growth and bud may drop off.
    If you have them in a large pot or tub it might help to put a couple of canes in each side to support the stems as the peppers' weight can snap the stem.
