    Looks like Dipladenia, a very tender climber, needs a minimum temp of 10c in winter, mine survived last winter in a unheated conservatory, but then it was a very mild winter.

      Agree with JazzSi...it's just a 'publicity' name for Mandevilla syn. Dipladenia!
