You are lucky ,I have spent hours trying to apply my avatar,I have now put things in the hands of the WEBMASTER "Fingers crossed".
Sorry the subject is pests ,the bane of my life is slugs, now is a good time to search for them, turn everything over, all pots, logs, piles of leaves etc.and ZAP the blighters. In my garden this is a year long job.

i agree with pests and diseases thread if only to cut congestion in mainboard, but would peeps still put moss in general, it needs to be
weeds, pests, and diseases, but hwere would one ask bout eg carrot fly . under pests or under veggies?

roders, do you have a neighbour with an overgrown garden? Year's ago I had this situation and used to go out at night with a torch and watch them advancing thro' the fence into my garden like a determined army! I used to put down beer, although it took out a lot, it wasn't enough. Slug pellets worked better though. Once the pest next door moved, things were a lot better! [IMG]
