A musician friend of mine informed me of Peters passing even before I saw it on one of the British news channels. Being honest, other than to say I am gutted, I am lost for words.

Peter was without doubt, one of, if not the finest guitarists in the world. At least, before the "Munich incident." Blues music will never be the same again. To quote another great, B B King "the only man to ever make me sweat"

RIP Peter, you will be missed.

Fleetwood Mac are just paradise to listen to and Peter Green was just fantastic. Another Icon of a Musician and Song Write that we have lost.

Two pieces that show the talent of the man. First, one recorded after he replaced Eric Clapton in the Bluesbreakers...

Second, a cover version...just listen to the solo he plays. Sheer genius.
