Petunia Problems

    i have petunias in my window boxes i planted them a week ago and they are all looking very dead heres a pic. Does anyone know whats up

    Looks like a weather shock. I wouldn't want to spend a night outside in a windowbox just now,

    Weather damage as Jenny says .. Far to early to be planting summer bedding outside.

    Hello Tony , around the middle of May is the earliest to plant bedding plants in our area. The majority of bedding plants come from sunnier climates , petunias for instance are from south America ,Marigolds Mexico , so we can only grow these outside from May until October. Unfortunately yours will probably be dead or stunted , so give it a month and plant some new ones.
