Photo won't upload

Hi. I started an identification thread the other day and added a pic of my shrub. I tried to reply with a close up of the leaves, but the upload section said
Upload error. Exceeds forum quota by 190.68 MB (!)
It's a .jpg and is pretty much the same size as the original photo I sent in (760 Kb). I'm puzzled. Can you help please?

 

hmm that's interesting would you care to email me the photo fuchsialady? so I can see if it happens when I try, I'll PM you my email

 

Right looks like it's doing it to me to... I shall ask questions in the meantuime I will resize the photo fuchsialady and add it as a reply to your shrub ID thread

I get a vaguely similar problem.

This picture exceeds your total album file size quota by 1.12 MB.

Trouble is it says that when ever I try to open an album to upload a picture. I even made a new album to upload to, and I hadn't even said which picture to upload.

(to add, as soon as I click on add picture, up comes the message

"This picture exceeds your total album file size quota by 1.12 MB."

But i have not selected a picture to upload)
