Am I correct in thinking this photograph has been faked using Photoshop or some similar computer progamme?

      Appears to be a fake.

Here's the same image, but without lots of plants added/rearranged:

@Scrungee IMO it looks better without the added plants...but surely to goodness even that is faked? At least, if I have identified the plants correctly I think it is.

Do you mean Buddleia, Pyracantha, Ceanothus, etc. all in bloom simultaneously?

Yup faked...just zoom in if you can, you'll see the obvious cut lines...nature does not do that.

            Steve...:)

Perhaps someone was playing around with a piece of software that you can get that enables to design your garden and to add flowers, trees and shrubs, etc so you can get a rough idea of what those particular items will look like in your garden.Unless of course such a piece of software doesnt actually exist at the moment:snorky:

Exactly. Although being next to useless att identifying plants, I had them differently. From left to right: Buddleja, Forsythia, Spirea, (dont know), weigela.

Looks like something from the Spalding Bulb or Bakker catalogue.

Not seen it in either of those two places. Trawling around this afternoon, I have seen the same photo on UK, Irish and German sites...all advertising the same thing. A special offer on 5 shrubs.

This look more like Tele Tubby land , rather than a real garden :snork:
