Pickled cabbage, kebab shop style

Hi all,

I love my weekly donner kebab. My favourite part, apart from all of it, is the pickled cabbage.

Does anyone know how to make it?

I can't see the method. I presume you just whack it all together and leave it for a while?

I prefer the red cabbage too, but I also like the green/white.

If you substitute white wine vinegar and white wine, no reason it shouldn't work for green/white cabbage.
