    Take a dozen pullets eggs hard boil for 8 minutes,cool quickly in cold water.
    A pint of nice white wine or cider vinegar,two tablespoons of brown sugar a hand full of fresh Tarragon from the garden. layer the peeled eggs with the Tarragon then pour over the warmed vinegar screw down, best left for a month, if you like chillis add a few of those, I am just about to do a jar as I have been given a tray of pullets eggs and the Tarragon is starting to go to seed...Enjoy.
