    Hi All
Where do you get large containers of pickling vinegar, last year I picked some up at the greegrocers in Seaford East Sussex but this year he has not got any . I bought a 5 litre container of Kings spiced pickling vinegar and it was great I contacted the company that make it and unless I want a pallet load they can't help me and the nearest wholesaler to me is Smithfield Market in London.

The supermarkets do a sarsons white vinegar but that wont be the same and only comes in smaller jars.

    Any ideas??

    Thanks
    Dave

Look in your local supermarket, the big containers are not beside the small ones in my one, but they are there.

I make my own vinegar from kombucha tea. If you leave it too long it goes to amazingly powerful and tasty vinegar - great for pickling.
