pieris and cyclamen living together

    I would to grow pieris and cyclamen together in a confined area. I know that the pieris will need acid soil but unsure what the cyclamen requires anyone help.

    Nice sounding mix - I presume we are talking about the hardy cyclamen here. I have grown both in my clay garden. So they should be both fine.

    I agree they should be fine together. Cyclamen will like an acid soil, the only thing to bear in mind is that they do not like their corms too wet, so they need good drainage. I'm not sure if you are thinking of a container, but if so then do not let it dry out , as the cyclamen wo'n't like that either! My soil is not acid, so I have two large pieris in a container with some ferns, which are all doing well. I think I might put some little cyclamen in too, it sounds a good mix.
