    Hi All,

I’m an inexperienced gardener & I’m going to dig up two Pieris Japonica bushes, both small, about a 1ft high and 1ft to 2ft wide.

What’s the best way to go about it? Will the roots be quite far reached or will they be compact? Any help would be gratefully received.

The roots shouldn't be too established on a plant that size.
Give them a good watering the day before you move them and again after moving.

From then on once a week should be plenty if it stays dry.
