SURPRISE SURPRISE...I have some small shooting coming out from my pineapple top, after about one and a half month of dring it.
Now: I don't want to get it wrong...shall I put it in soil or water...?
Any indication about likes/dislikes of the pineapple plant?
    Thank you !

    Hi Mira,
I use a well draining compost for growing them on, most watering is done through the leaves by spraying, the compost needs to be just moist at all times tending to be on the dry side rather than too wet.

What has yours been in for the last month or so, the drying off should only really be for a week or so.

oh dear...I definitely had it drying for many weeks, so I will plant it shortly.
If I can take a good enough picture of the shoots, I will post it...
