Have you got any idea what flowers they are?

It is a considerable size bush (about 1 mt high) the branches are wood but very easy to break and the flowers are a very delicate pink and the shape is similar to the fuchsia flower, but a little smaller.

I haven't got a photo of them now, maybe in one month.

Its difficult without a picture Miraflores.

There is a Cape Fuchsia (Phygellius rectus) that comes in a range of colours including pink - see below.

It is not this elongated flower and it is of a baby pink.

I have never compaired the leaves with a fuchsia ( I might later in the season) but it doesn't seem the same kind of plant to me.

Maybe Correa. There are several pale pink cultivars.
If so you are very luck to have them. We lost several different mature ones in the extreme cold of winter 2009/10. Sad. Such a lovely shrub.

Hello Mira ... perhaps it is the Escallonia 'Apple Blossom' but this would get much taller than a meter ...

There are a number of soft pink hardy fuchsias which would if left unpruned have woody stems but they are very fuchsia like to look at ..
Just one more thought ,anything like this one ?
If not we will wait.....

What's that one in the picture Dave? I'm not usually a fan of fuschias but I like the look of that one.
