pink peony

I have had a pink peony rose in a pot for 3 years, And it has never flowered,It has beautiful green leaves and is very healthy can you help. :confused:

 

As far as I remember Earthy, peonies need a lot of feed particularly in a pot, it's too late now but try next year. If you have fed it (potash feed) then I am at a loss as to why it hasn't flowered.
