Can anyone suggest lighter green (not golden/yellow) dwarf forms of Pinus mugo please as opposed to the usual darker green forms? Many thanks. Regards, Frank.

    Hi einhorn

You could try 'Corley's Mat' which has light green foliage.

Let us know how you get on.

i think Mops is meant to be mid-green.

They can be invasive tho you know, I just got 2 pinus mugo plants myself only to discover that they can't be planted closer than 3.5 meters from any water mains or drains! Which near a house really means, pretty nowhere!

That said, there are lots of plants with the tendency to set root in grains as they search for moisture, take eucalyptus for example, I've seen a few of them in my area, and some right above water pipes.
