    I thought it was phlox paniculata, maybe, sort of.

    My eyesight is not that good these days, but it struck me as being one of the taller Diascia.

      It's so hard to identify plants from photos. My first thought was a mullein (Verbascum) of some sort - Verbascum 'Royalty' looks to have the same colour flowers, but the leaves look a little different.

        I've managed to zoom in and it does look like Angelonia flowers, foliage also looks the same
