plant ID ?

Hi
i've seen this plants many times and a want to know the name, caring tips and propagation ?

 

The plant you are looking at is an Anthurium..Generally used as an indoor house plant ..It prefers a well drained compost if repotted .It will tolerate fairly dry conditions. During summer months feed with a week liquid plant food weekly. It can be propagated by division .. They do require frost free conditions probably above 50f if possible.
