IMG_2673-001.JPG Does anyone know what this is please. Flowers are about 3/4 inch accross. It's a perennial that self-seeds readily.

Welcome to GC Simon, this is the second plant in a matter of days that has got us stumped! Bear with us. :)

Spruce, I'm still working on the other one that's got us mystified. :heehee:

A wild guess, it's not the Pink Strawberry is it? I had one when I lived in Bucks in the 90s ...

Phacelia bolanderi it is. http://www.anniesannuals.com/plt_lst/lists/general/lst.gen.asp?prodid=3152 Thanks for taking the time to help me identify this; I'm familiar with the annual phacelia tanacetifolia as I grow it myself but didn't know there was a perrenial type. Also known as Bolanders scorpian weed as apparently the leaves can cause dermititus so I'd better be careful with it!
