    Hello
This is my first post and I am afraid that it is another "What is this plant" post. I recently cleared an area of garden and in the space of about 4 weeks about 30 of the plants in the attached file grew! I have not seen them in the garden before and I am curious as to what they are.

    Many thanks
    Kieron

Can Teasel be problematic? I was thinking of growing some for the birds.

I'm not too sure, I was thinking that teasels could be seen as a weed rather than a plant that you would want to cultivate. I've taken the plunge and I'm growing some!

    Hope this Helps!

I think a lot depends on the size of your garden.

I treat aquilegia as a semi-weed, simply because if I let it establish I'd have no room for anything else. The same probably applies for teasel.
