We have a few plantings in containers ... these two get changed a couple of times during the season. The first, for example, is a mass of daffodils around the base with snowdrops and crocuses etc in the upper layers in the early spring

Up until my accident two years ago I had approx 80 pots on my front garden ... All planted up all slightly different... On a daily basis I used to move them around so that what was looking good was brought forward and what wasn't looking its best was put further back ... Every day the garden looked different ....... By using containers you can grow almost whatever you want..... Try something different and acclimatise plants to their own needs ie sunny position, shade, etc ..................
