I was hoping that the lovely people of gardeners corner could recommend some plants which I can sow now or later on that will be flowering in June, extra (imaginary) brownie points if it's a herb:dbgrtmb:

    Thank you

It will be a flower border =] I'm trying to get some plant ideas for my plot at RBGE (which I'll get around to updating my posts about:rolleyespink:) the garden is loosely based around the idea of plants which you can make a herbal tea out of however as you can imagine this limits the amount of flowering plants in June which is why I've decided to make it loosely based around this idea so any plant which will be in flower in June if sown anytime from now is a candidate!

You've reminded me that I have a very similar need - posted my question here:

I'm with you, I would say Ground Ivy, as that makes an excellent cough tea, but I think that flowers before june.

Mint, Marjoram, Sage( but that probably wont flower this year, unless you buy a plant) Lavender (likewise) Chives.

Thanks I hadn't thought of Majoram or Chives:DOH: I'd like to have Lavender but there a bit **** about introducing live plant material into the garden, although I might be able to pinch some from one of the teaching Polly Tunnels if I ask nicely :wub2:
