    Circuses should be banned from using animals. This story is most distressing and of course we should ALL sign.

    Born Free does sterling work for imprisoned animals - can't help remembering the lion in a cage on the roof of a nightclub - it had been there since a cub and they had to cut the cage to pieces to get it out!

    Donated on line - I am still crying - when people retire they are left alone - why can't animals have the same dignaty. I have always hated the circus anyway - even as a child I found it sadistic and a bit bazaar. Not even that keen on Zoos, although as an adult see the need for them these days as some of the animals in them would be practically extinct without them - but always found them very smelly places and not a natural environment to an animal at all.
