Please identify!!!

    Hi,

    I have spotted the attached plant growing near my place of work in a wildflower patch and they are overrun with bees - can somebody tell me what it is please? I love it!

    Looks like some kind of bindweed? If you love it and the bees do, I'd keep it :) anything for the bees!

    Looks like a lavatera to me (but I'm crap at identifying plants lol)

        It's certainly one of the mallow tribe. Too early to be a shrub lavatera and the leaves are too big and floppy. Too early to be a hollyhock and the flower distribution is too loose. I think it's malva sylvestris, but not sure how early it flowers.
