With a sloping garden I would think you are looking for someone to supply and fit the fencing ? You need to ask around for good suppliers in your area , and work off the recommendations.
    What area are you in?

What kind of fence are you intending putting up?
      Concrete posts? Wooden posts?
Fence panels or feather edge boarding?

I think you just need to visit your local fencing supplier.

I could recommend a supplier, but the delivery to Abingdon from here would be a bit pricey.

Just have a look around a few local places, personally I'd not use the likes of B&Q, Wickes etc.
