    I dug this up from the empty house this afternoon, I think it may be a weed, its a thistle I think, but its so nice I hope to grow a bunch together.

    Not a weed, that's Centaurea - bit like Cornflowers, but perennials. Although it behaves like a weed, it's so prolific. I love them - great grown with poppies.

    Common name is Napweed. Very pretty.
