I have a 4 year old Victoria plum tree that I've noticed is weeping from some split bark. One of the affected branches also seems to be growing stronger than the rest of the tree and has deep green growth whereas the rest of the tree has pale leaves and looks to be struggling a bit... Do I have canker and if so do I remove the tree or are there treatments available?
