Pond filter.

Hi Weyms. I Personally wouldnt use the water butt
water,it may contain some foreign bodies that could harm the fish,I allways use treated tap water,but this is only a personal oppinion,maybe others do it differently.Weyms we have a water gardening thread,which deals with Ponds Ect.good luck

 

Hi Weyms.I allways use my pond filter water on all my perennials in actual fact I experimented last year,and used only the filter water on certain plants.These plants were far superior to the other ones ,which had none.
A Sun flower nearly 18ft tall.But please be careful as I havent used the water on plants that need Ericaceous soil or seeds.Good luck
