pond lilly

    we have a pond lilly that looks quite sad not sure if its dead or not some good advice would be great thanks

    It's not dead @Gizmo it looks like it's doing ok to me, they die back in the winter and then grow fresh new leaves in the spring which yours has already started to do. Its got some blanket weed over it (we've got the same problem with ours) so it would be a good idea to try and clear the blanket weed from it if you can, otherwise it should be absolutely fine. Sounds like your pond is doing really well from your other post about your baby fish. Well done!

        Ponds are late into growth as water takes longer to warm up than soil.
        June is not late in some years before pond plants really get going, but once they start things move quickly as they never suffer from drought or drying winds.
