As part of my patio redesign, I'm wondering about a bit of a pond incorporated into the patio. I'm considering putting it into a corner of the lower patio, about 3' square, so it would have walls about 3' higher than the water level on two sides.
As part of this, I wondered about a kind of fountain, or spout in the corner. I'd like to do a modern sculpture (using clay, plaster mould, then glass-fibre) - so not a gargoyle. Has anyone any ideas where I could find inspiration for these ideas?

    Hi Linlin
Why not get your inspiration from nature ,the shapes and objects around you,This way it will be certain to fit in with the Theme of your garden.

The patio is on two levels and the upper level is due to be dug out to provide more space on the lower level. In a corner of the lower level is where I intend to put a new pond and it's in the right-angle of this I'd like to put some form of sculpture or fountain.
