We had to take our dog Tess to the vet last week, I noticed that she was drinking a lot of water and was weeing a lot and just wasn't herself. The vet examined her and said she had a womb infection and needed to be operated on straight away. They gave her a hyserectomy. She seems to be getting back to her old self again. I think we got her there before the infection got too bad, poor thing :( She looked so sad when we picked her up at the vets.
We were also presented with a rather large bill  Still she is worth it.

Thanks people, She goes back to the vet on Monday to get her stitches out. She is not very happy having to stay on the lead at the moment when we are out, she loves to go running with Tia, thats one of our other dogs. It's really funny because Tia seems to be in a bit of a huff at the situation too.
