Poppy and Osteospurnum

Took a few of these that is in the front and back garden. Nice colours I thought with the light conditions.
Self seeded poppy saw a field full of these on the way back from waddington airshow, but wasn't able to take a photo due to no stopping places they were a fabulous sight.

Yellow Osteospurnum

White Osteospurnum Like how the puple bleeds into the white.

Love the sun showing through the wings.

 

Love the colour of the poppy - to see them in mass must have been quite a sight!

 

Gorgeous colours. Great pic of the flutterbye.

 

It sure was a sight there were two fields of them and not one field that I could stop by to take a photo. A real shame....

The flutterbye I spotted at last min just turned when walking.......the sun was shining just right.
