    Bit of a play on words here, 'post' (as in, after) vs 'post' ... well 'post' a reply on it :heehee:

    I took photos of plants and landscape. I chose not to take photos of people, just in case I encroached on their personal space and didn't want to offend (although, Shiney did manage to 'appear' in a few of them :heehee: )

    But, I do have to say my most, most favourite photo of all was a very much spontaneous photo which I would entitle: "Tree Hugger".

    I do have permission to post this - suitably cropped ;)

    Here goes, "Tree Hugger" ... (drum roll, please ... )

    No names; no pack drill (but it IS a - most charming and delightful - GC member ;) )

      Sorry I missed all the fun! Glad you had a lovely day and I hope your weather was as good as it was up north!

      Our Mandy, it is of no surprise to me, in the slightest, that you may have a "better" interpretation tree hugging :heehee: (I've seen the size of your lens compared to my point-and-shoot endeavours) Can't wait to see your posts :biggrin: (Glad you made it home safe, too! :thumbsup: )

      Yvonne - you must, must, must try to join a 'meet': it is not all weeds and fertilizer, it's an absolute hoot-hoot (so good she named it twice :heehee: )

      Do look out for @Kristen's threads because he is trying (in collusion with Maddahlia) to arrange days out at other interesting gardening sights (some more centralised locations to appeal to the masses). Wouldn't that be great!?

        I beg your pardon????:hate-shocked:......you'll have people talking!!:nonofinger::heehee:

        Thanks for that, it took 3 hours 50 minutes of in the fast lane only muttering "Get out of the way, coming through" and restraining myself from making gestures!!:snork:

        That's actually good going: re-sult! :ccheers: (Your journey time; not people talking :redface: )

        I find gesticulating is such a waste of energy (a: they don't always see the gesture; b) focus should be firmly fixed on traffic conditions and c) if all else fails ... send them to our Hotel to meet Mr Grey who will keep them occupied and entranced for a good half hour thus clearing your path effortlessly ;) )
