Question for you good people of GC.....

Last year we planted a few sacks of potatoes to grow and they did quite well. However we missed one of the sacks and only discovered it this week!!!!

We've got a box full of spuds out of it but they are obviously a year old!!! Will they still be ok to eat or are they fit for the bin?

    They look and feel fine?

Those potatoes will be just fine to eat. On my Father's farm we would occasionally store potatoes for longer than a year if the price wasn't right, they do deteriorate after that.

One or three look like they're starting to turn green, so I'd avoid those ones, but other than that they look like nice spuds. I'd have no qualms about eating them. have you got any rosemary?
