    Hi all,
Hoping for some advice regarding this potted hydrangea. Bought about a month and keen to keep it in the pot.

Last couple of weeks the leaves appear curled, wilted and starting to brown in places (see pics).

Currently it sits on a patio and has 50/50 shade sun throughout the day.

Are there any quick tips to make it happy or shouldn't I be too concerned?

Novice gardener and glad to have found this forum. Any support very much appreciated :)

      Jaws comes to mind.
      You're gunna need a bigger pot. ;)

It actually looks like it might have got too dry at some point and the leaves have scorched.

agree with Pete its dried out , needs to sit in a dish and a watering can a day , even if it has rained the leaves act like a umbrella and stops the water getting into the pot ... if in full sun a nd a windy spot soon drys out ... but not all lost

It's too dry and it needs a wall as that's the climbing variety

          Thanks for the advice!
Will get a larger pot this weekend and will keep well watered against a shaded wall. :)
