One of my favourite, simple dishes. Preparation time about 1 minute, cooking time approx 8 minutes.

    Table spoon of olive oil
Half a teaspoon of crushed chilis
    2 cloves of garlic, crushed.
    King Prawns
Approx an index finger length of Chorizo, halved, quartered then chopped into small cubes.
    Pasta of your choice.
    A cup of double cream.

Warm the oil in the pan, add the garlic and cook slowly, add Chorizo and cook for a couple of minutes, add the prawns and cook until done then throw in the chilis, add the cream and stir over a low heat to warm, throw in a few parmesan shavings.

Serve over the pasta with fresh crusty bread/garlic ciabbata.

Substitute Prawns for Chicken if you can't make it to the Atlantic.

Yes, this is good. made before, and yep nice and easy. Except for cleaning the Prawns---hate doing that.

Can also take the cream and whip one egg in it.
