Ive had a pretty succesful batch of primulas this spring.Question is, if I keep 'em for next year will they be as good and just how many years will they flower for? At the moment they are turning into ' lettuces' and I've got to find space in the garden to keep 'em.can they be kept dried in a sack like bulbs? How do you keep yours? This sort of thing never seems to get a mention on the Wogan show, its all welsh totty and red hot poker innuendo's...

They certainly will not keep dried off. What I do is to split them up into smaller plants now and pot them up in decent potting compost and keep them somewhere shady. Feed with liquid feed every now and then. Then you can plant them out again in autumn.
