Problems logging in....

    i am having problems logging in :( it will say thanks for logging in (usual thing) but then it goes to main page with me being not logged in, so it wont let me log in and sometimes it wont accept password so i get a new one sent, which i use and still nothing, or sometimes it will just not log me in even though says thanks for logging in......... i want to post, but struggle lol :)

    I have seen a number of people reporting this problem, and no solution seems to work for them.

    Ticking the "Remember me" box, when logging in, is the usual advise.

    If you are not using Fire Fox you might try downloading and installing that - a different browser will have a different set of configuration data, and that might cure the problem. Rather strong medicine though (unless you find you love Fire Fox of course!)

    If you are already using Fire Fox maybe try using IE just for the forums?

    Hi Dawn, there do seem to be a few people experiencing problems with their log in.. Unfortunately we have no idea what is the problem for some of you.. Everything is correct at this end.. We can only assume it is the settings on some peoples computers..
    Like Kristen says we recomend you use Firefox,Opera or similar.. Tell them (the new browser) to remember your GC log in & GC too when you log in 1st time using the new or reloaded browser..
    Then when you have finished your session on GC, DO NOT log out of GC..
    IE is notorious for having log in problems for some reason not sure why, but usually a security setting somewhere..
