Problems logging in....

    Logged in OK but it was logging me back out again when I navigated the pages when using Internet Explorer. Seems OK now using Google Chrome!

    :) I have exactly the same problem and have for some time.It's not ideal,it's the reason I don't post that often................It's also a problem using photobucket vi Chrome....................

    I use IE. No problems staying logged in (ticked the box that says 'keep me logged in' :blue thumb:). I never bother to log out.

    I get asked to log in once in a while, I have always assumed its some sort of timeout. Its so infrequent I couldn't tell you how often it is, certainly not more frequently than once a month ...

    Could be! I can't see much pattern to when I get asked to log in again, excepting that its "very infrequent" (so probably not this problem, per se)

      You never know with software. For example it could be that it is date triggered and the mechanism that calculated the date interval is faulty, so what I am seeing every month or so could be the same bug that is causing (a wrong date calculation) every time some other people make a post ...

      Don't suppose anyone who has this problem has a faulty clock (both the time that Windows displays AND the Firmware time (the one you press F10 or similar at boot-up to adjust)

      I don't use IE as it doesn't work on a Mac, but there's certainly some gremlin causing this for people!

      I have been drafted in to work on the site again (so much for my GC retirement:P )
