Problems posting photos

I am having a problem posting a photo at the moment. I have posted a couple of photos from FB on the forum in the past with no problems. However with this one when I preview the post all I get is a small box in the top left corner with some sort of diagram in it but no photo. Can anyone throw some light on this.

 

Thanks I managed to do it from PB but using the image link. Its on the general gardening page under "What Bush". Will try the Direct link next time (which I used the last time), but using your instructions. :gnthb:
