    Hello there

I have an issue with a Jasmine (I think Japonica) that has been thriving for three years.

It potted on a west facing roof terrace in London - so no harsh winters. The leaves have gone a reddy / brown colour and it has not flowered this year and shows no sign of doing so.

The winter has been wet as it has for everyone in the UK but the soil is not overly soggy. We also do have some ants somewhere but not sure if in the pot or if that would make a difference.

    I've attached a picture below.

Does anyone have any advice at all - I am a fairly new gardener so am just finding my way.

    Thanks

    Nat

Leaves turning red is a sign lack feed, min particular nitrogen, either it needs a good feed and a soaking, or it is becoming pot bound, which means the pot is full of root, and there is no soil to hold nutrients or moisture.
Give it a really really good drink, when you think its had enough, give it a bit more water, the next day apply a good balanced feed. If the plant does not recover quickly, then this coming autumn, you will need to repot in a border or larger pot, or root prune and replant in existing pot.
