propagation

    hi im a new gardener and wanted to know which plants are best to reproduce from seed,but only for pots and containers as i have a new build house and under the grass its just rubble and terrible soil,any suggestions greatly appreciated

    Hi Grimmer welcome to the forum.

    Most plants will be more than happy in pots it's just that they need more attention than those that are in the ground with watering and such like.

    Not sure which sorts of plants you are after growing?
    Bedding plants such as Busy Lizzies, Geraniums, Marigolds, Dianthus, Lobelia etc. are all very easy to grow from seed and love being in pots.
