I use a lot of Oxalis in my garden...the tiny yellow flowers last for months and it spreads quickly overhanging the baskets and planters in masses.I propagate these, fuschias, ivies and coleus by simply leaving cut stalks in water...Usually within two weeks I have a mass of rooted cuttings ready to pot on.

What else have folks found can be propagated by the same method?

I tend not to root in water these days as I've found that when moving them to soil/compost the roots have to adapt from pure-water to soil, and I lose some at that point (only due to lack of time to keep a close eye on them).
